HOW AND WHY WE DREAM?

"I can not tell you if my dreams is a result of that my thoughts or my thoughts is a result of my dreams." Dr. Lawrence..

-There are different theories about dreams, some of which originat  from theories and scientific research, some of which have roots in the intuition or mysticism.

The word "dream" have different concepts in multiple languages, and out of the word can be traced in several languages such as [druz] meaning lying or deception, [druh] meaning harm or wound, [draugmaz] meaning illusion or a ghost or a deception, and so identifies perceptions of our ancestors dreaming about. However, the original meaning of the word in English [dreme] is: Music, joy and mirth.

Let us view the various theories:

1 Spiritual guidance: occupies dreams higher rank of  wisdom in the unconscious, and this can guide people the spiritual direction, and some analyze dreams from the point of view of Sufism, many people believe that dreams have significance in thereligious, and that is pushing them to achieve higher experiences. In fact, we can find signs of that dreams relationship almost in all religions, not secret it is away e explanation from  the science.

2_Liberation or release the the physiological pressure: Nightmares help people to deal with fear or emotional crises, and thus release the Physiological pressure, it is well known that a dream makes people more prudent because refrain from sleep increases the symptoms of madness, however unusual  movement  causes  may due to lack of sleep , deprivation of sleep or insomnia and likely it is  because of the lack of depth in dreams.

In fact, a lot of artists, musicians , inventors and even the athletes said that their achievements was one of the inspirations dreams.
